Please do not give these people any contracts. My old parents hired them to renovate their house and they spent their hard-earned retirement money for doing so. Not only was BL consultant's work very low in quality but their consultant literally robbed my old parents by over-quoting the prices for every material and service used for renovating their only house. Their consultants are extremely belligerent and do not listen to the clients. They only do as they wish.
