I baught Falcon pump from them. Technician who came to fix was very rude. I asked for automation and Mr.Mahesh who is owner got a 3rd party pannel fixed which always show high cinsumptuon of electricity. They did not gave other parts to complete the automation. Even after multiple followups there is no response. Now, my automation pannel is lying useless.... I sacrificed original falcon pannel for this one. I understand that they only bother about sale buy not service. I would like to go for consumer court & forums, I am helpless. Please do not buy from them. Thanks & Regards
